Running Coaches

I have been a Level 1 USAT certified coach since 2009, working with athletes from all levels and abilities. If you can dream it, you can achieve it -- so let me help you navigate the intricate balance of a training plan specific to YOU. I individualize every training plan specific to each athlete

I have just moved to Cincinnati with my wife and am in the beginning stages of building an endurance team and coaching business. While I get established I am happy to help anyone with questions about the sport, offer guidance on training plans, or go for a run or ride and talk about fit, form, etc.

Have been participating in triathlons for more than 25 years. Always wanting to improve and get better.
