I have been an athlete my entire life and have coached everything from basketball, to bowling, to running, and triathlon. I have completed over 85 races, from sprint triathlons to full-distance IRONMANs, and 5k�s to Ultra-marathons. 7x Ironman finisher, 16x Marathon finisher.

Marty started as a swimmer in 1981 and began competing in triathlon in 1989. He began coaching in 2002 and has been a full time coach since 2005. Marty specializes in working with time-constrained athletes, beginners, and long distance veterans. He has coached total newbies and Kona qualifiers.
