I am 59 and have participated in triathlons since 1988. I retired in 2011 and trained full time for Sprint, Olympic, and Half Ironman. Qualified for Half Ironman World Championship, USA Nationals, and named All-American. Cancer and Injuries have slowed me but I am back to training and happy to help.
