First triathlon at 54. After a few tris, launched Tri With Us and became USAT certified Level 1 coach. Part-time as triathlon event manager with Sommer Sports in Clermont, Florida, including the inaugural Florida Xtreme triathlon.

20+ years as a professional swim coach. Started in the sport of triathlon post-college. Ironman finisher, Nationals qualifier, World Championships qualifier.

I am a Level II Endurance coach with a mission to coach athletes to their next best race. As your coach, I'll meet you right where you are to help you get started on your next goal. My purpose is to help you take the next right step - and see you through every step of the way.

I did my first triathlon on a bet from my brother in 2004, and fell in love with multi-sport. I am a full time coach, Level II since 2018, Level I since 2009, 7-time ranked All American 2011-2018. I qualified for and competed at IM Kona and ITU World Championships in London, Chicago, and Rotterdam.

I have a 12 year history in the sport of triathlon. I started as a complete newbie to the sport with only a running background. Over the years I have conquered all 3 disciplines and achieved many lifelong goals such as qualifying for Team USA and representing at ITU World Championship.
