I've been active in triathlon for over 10 years. Worked my way up from sprint all the way to Ironman triathlons. I am focused on helping beginners achieve their goals.

I've been competing and actively involved in the sport of triathlon for over 10 years. I've completed over a dozen Ironman and Half-Ironman distance races as well as placed very highly in many sprint and olympic distances.

I am an active duty Lt Col in the USAF and volunteer coach for a local club (iCAN junior triathlon club). I first began training and competing in triathlon events in 2000 and have introduced my teenage son to the sport and greatly enjoy training alongside him and helping the youth in my community.
