I have been an active triathlete since I did my first race in 1987. Since then, I have competed in 7 IM and over 12 1/2 IM races. I've been coaching triathlon and swimming for the past 12 years. I am also a NYS certified PE teacher and coach and have a Level I Crossfit certification.
