Coach Lauren Vallee has been a transformational coach for many of her athletes over the last decade. Coach Lauren coaches a range of athletes from intermediate triathletes to advanced age groupers looking to podium in national level events. Beginners are welcome if they are highly motivated.

I became a certified triathlon coach through USA Triathlon to help new athletes get involved in the sport and to train experienced athletes.
